Smith Enterprise understands that sometimes the wrong part is ordered. We will exchange that product for the correct one, customer pays shipping to Smith Enterprise.

  1. Include, on a piece of paper, NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL. 
  2. List item(s) you would like to receive for exchange


Returns are on a case by case basis only.

  1. Smith Enterprise must be contacted by phone or email
  2. Item must be in an unused or slightly used condition

If the item is damaged during install, it WILL NOT be eligable for return.
