- Include, on a piece of paper, NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL.
- List item(s) you would like to receive for exchange

Returns are on a case by case basis only.
- Smith Enterprise must be contacted by phone or email
- Item must be in an unused or slightly used condition
If the item is damaged during install, it WILL NOT be eligable for return.
