The principal corporate focus on Smith Enterprise, Inc (SEI) is on providing material support to the Armed Forces of the United States and to our Allies in the Global War on Terror and other military operations.It is imperative that retail customers understand that our RDT&E efforts along with our production priorities are first and foremost to our Warriors.Our Servicemembers will always remain Second to None at Smith Enterprise, Inc.

Smith Enterprise, Inc. has taken all prudent measures to ensure that our products and this website complies with all relevant Federal laws and statues. However, the myriad state and local legislative and regulatory bodies are in a constant state of legislative and regulatory change. As such, we cannot hope to stay current with local and state laws.SEI has no intention to sell an item which may be illegal to to possess in your State or local jurisdiction. However, as stated above, there is no practical measure to determine what is legal to possess where you live. It is therefore up to you, the consumer, to make sure that the item you have obtained from SEI is legal for you to possess.

The SEI line of DC Sound Suppressors are only available to the United States Government and through approved foreign military sales. Under no circumstances will SEI DC suppressors be made available to other parties.

The costs of strategic materials has escalated geometrically over the past 24 months with no clear end in sight. This is driven by a host of well-documented factors, to include the on-going energy crisis and double-digit economic expansion in much of the developing world. Due to these and other market factors, SEI reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Custom builds for non-official End Users (i.e. retail) will require a minimum fifty percent non-refundable deposit, payable immediately upon acceptance of a firm SEI quotation. A firm quotation is valid for a period of thirty days. The balance of payment must be made before a retail weapon build is returned to the customer or dealer.

Any violations or alleged violations of SEI intellectual property rights, in the form of either patent, trademark or copyright infringements will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law wherever applicable.
