REGARDING CIVILIAN ORDERS

All civilian work orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis

All returned work must be inspected by the civilian customer within 10 days of receipt

Work completed on civilian firearms should be inspected ASAP upon receipt by the customer. All issues or problems must be reported to SEI within 10 days of delivery of the firearm. At this time, we cannot honor any requests or changes after that period. Thank you for your understanding and support.
