IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CIVILIAN ORDERS
Effective 14 September 07, all returned work must be inspected by the civilian customer within 10 days of receipt
Because of our commitment to support our armed services, work completed on civilian firearms should be inspected ASAP upon receipt by the customer. All issues or problems MUST be reported to SEI within 10 days of delivery of the firearm. At this time, we cannot honor any requests or changes after that period. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Effective 04 July 06, civilian work orders are being accepted for a limited time on a first come, first served basis. Our firm reserves the right to cease taking in civilian orders at any time, in order to meet mission essential critical requirements levied upon us by the US Government.
This situation is due to the accelerating and rapidly expanding USG and FMS requirements for the M14SE Crazy Horse SDM, our DC line of suppressors, as well as other products and services.
The M14 rifle in our modernized form for the 21st Century is proving its worth in combat every day and we are proud to be the major driving force in the Renaissance of this fine rifle, now turned into a most efficient precision weapon in either the sniper or SDM role. Equally important, Commanders and Resource Managers alike are discovering that our M14SE and MK14 SEI systems routinely meet and eclipse the performance of competing, emerging systems with greater reliability and at a mere fraction the cost. We're all taxpayers and that's something we should must never forget.
In the interim we will still make the majority of our components and accessories available to the public sector, consistent with war time requirements. Weapons already on our premises will continue to have work performed, as time is available. During this period we are totally committed to supporting our Warriors and we ask that our loyal customers do the same.
